Shown sum is based on normal sizes (up to 8 spaces / squares , e.g. 1 hall, 2 baths, 1 kitchen + 4 rooms) and difficulties. If we consider the submitted infos as extending this/these frame/-s we will contact you to establish a fitting price.
We do not sell to consumers, only to commercial customers !

Prices are without VAT - so sometimes the VAT has to be added. That depends on the country you are coming from and in the EU whether you have a VAT-ID. If you want adjustments due to a change in your mind or a wrong / incomplete description: We might charge you up to 50% of the original price for that. The plans are optimized for a particular file size (standard 300 dpi/ A5) thus not drawn to a specific scale, and are therefore recommended for marketing purposes only. Superfloorplans.com does not assume any responsibility for the finished floorplans. You get an independant right of usage for all own purposes, but only after payment is done! The intellectual property will nevertheless remain at the trader and producer. We keep mainly the right to use them elsewhere, e.g. to show these products wherever we like as examples for our work.
